2. Bookings and Reservations
All bookings made through Win-Win Bar are subject to availability. A booking confirmation does not guarantee entry if capacity limits are reached due to health and safety requirements or licensing conditions.
- Bookings must be made by persons aged 18 years or over.
- Win-Win Bar reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings at its discretion.
- Deposits or pre-payments may be required for certain events and are non-refundable unless Win-Win Bar cancels the event.
- Group bookings may be subject to minimum spend requirements.
3. Age Verification and Entry
Win-Win Bar is a licensed premises. All patrons must be 18 years of age or older to enter the venue. Valid government-issued photo ID will be required upon entry. Win-Win Bar reserves the right to refuse entry to any person unable to provide satisfactory identification.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any patron from the premises at any time, at management's absolute discretion.
4. Responsible Service of Alcohol
Win-Win Bar is committed to the responsible service of alcohol in accordance with New Zealand liquor licensing laws. We will not serve alcohol to:
- Persons under the age of 18;
- Persons who appear to be intoxicated;
- Persons who are disruptive or behaving in an inappropriate manner.
We encourage all patrons to drink responsibly. Please arrange a safe way home before visiting our venue.
5. Conduct on Premises
All patrons are expected to behave in a respectful and lawful manner while on Win-Win Bar premises. Win-Win Bar reserves the right to remove any patron who is:
- Behaving in a threatening, abusive, or violent manner;
- In breach of any applicable laws or licensing conditions;
- Causing distress or discomfort to other patrons or staff;
- Intoxicated or under the influence of illicit substances.
Persons removed from the venue for misconduct will not be entitled to any refund of entry fees or pre-paid amounts.
6. Events and Ticketing
Event programmes, performers, and times are subject to change without notice. Win-Win Bar will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of significant changes. Tickets purchased for specific events are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Win-Win Bar.
In the event of cancellation by Win-Win Bar, ticket holders will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket face value only. Win-Win Bar accepts no liability for additional costs incurred, including but not limited to transport, accommodation, or other associated expenses.
7. Photography and Recording
Win-Win Bar and its representatives may take photographs and video recordings at events for promotional and marketing purposes. By entering the venue, you consent to being photographed or recorded. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify a member of staff upon entry.
Patrons are permitted to take personal photographs and videos for non-commercial use only. Commercial recording or photography requires prior written consent from Win-Win Bar management.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Win-Win Bar website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and audio clips, is the property of Win-Win Bar or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction or use of any content is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Win-Win Bar shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or attendance at our venue.
